Shipping
- New Zealand delivery by courier. Orders ship from Auckland.
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment.
- Standard 2 to 3 business days. Express 1 to 2 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over $1000. Rates TBC
- Click & collect from Mt Wellington by appointment.
Returns
- Items must be unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- Tapware should be installed by a certified plumber.
