1. Quotation validity
- A quotation is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- Prices may change after the validity period, based on current supplier costs and exchange rates.
2. Pricing
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are for tapware only and do not include installation, plumbing accessories or freight unless specified.
3. Availability and lead times
- Quoted products are subject to availability at the time of order.
- Lead times vary with stock levels and supplier logistics. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on order confirmation.
4. Payment terms
- Full payment is required before dispatch, unless a trade account with credit terms is in place.
- Approved trade accounts: payment is due by the 20th of the following month from the invoice date.
- Overdue invoices may attract interest and administrative charges.
5. Delivery and freight
- Delivery charges may apply and are confirmed at the time of order.
- EUROWARE NZ is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.
6. Returns and exchanges
- Returns are accepted for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items only, within the period stated in your quotation. Being confirmed
- Goods must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at EUROWARE’s discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Warranty
- EUROWARE tapware is covered by a manufacturer warranty, with details varying by product range.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes improper installation, misuse and general wear and tear.
- Claims require proof of purchase and must be submitted in writing.
8. Product use and installation
- All tapware must be installed by a licensed plumber, in line with New Zealand plumbing codes and the manufacturer instructions.
- Failure to follow correct installation guidelines may void the warranty.
9. Acceptance of terms
- By accepting a quotation, the customer agrees to these terms.
- Any variation must be confirmed in writing by EUROWARE NZ.
